When Cornell Global was founded, most of its client base was in the Financial Services sector and most of its practice was focused on Executive Search.  However, as new partners joined the firm, and as existing partners began to work with the portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital firms, industry expertise broadened.  Further, as relationships with clients evolved, more and more we were asked to provide consulting services based upon some partner’s backgrounds in Talent Management and/or Executive Coaching. The result is that today Cornell Global can provide a wider array of services to a wider array of industry sectors.
